Costs

There is no set fee for work, as the cost depends on the specific details of the project. Quoting an hourly rate without understanding the time required would not be fair.

After an initial discussion about the research, a detailed quotation will be provided based on the work involved. For larger projects, an hourly rate may be more suitable, and a budget would be agreed upon in advance to avoid any unexpected costs at the end of the work.

Extra Charges

The only additional costs would be for things like purchasing original documents, taking specific photos (e.g., gravestones, houses, or churches), or covering postal expenses. If we’re working via email, there won’t be any postal costs to worry about.

Rest assured, any extra charges will be agreed upon in advance, so you’ll always know what to expect.

Payments

Once the work plan is agreed upon, an invoice will be issued for the agreed amount to begin the project. For larger projects, a payment plan or schedule can be arranged to suit the scope of the work.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal—whichever is more convenient.
